In a nutshell:
We provide professional external coaching to support your full team with conscious communication, interpersonal conflict, cultural development, and personal development. This looks like 1:1 spot coaching, sitting in meetings, mediation, professional development workshops and team building events.
Roles of an External Coach:
Report to the VP People or CEO, while keeping sessions confidential
Empower people to speak up, challenge ideas, and collaborate effectively within teams and cross functionally
Support leadership to consciously communicate, to see and understand their blind spots, and to access compassion and empathy when confronted by situations that have the capacity to either divide or unite the team
Help individuals prepare for difficult conversations and offer mediation to move through interpersonal conflict
Act as confidant to individuals and an advisor to the executive team, escalating themes that will impact engagement, hiring/attrition and growth initiatives
Help instill the company’s relational principles and values in leadership meetings
Anticipate relational training and development needs, customize workshops that accelerate learning for managers
Time may be spent:
1:1 spot coaching
Observing and participating in selected executive and management meetings
Mediating difficult conversations or interpersonal conflict
Facilitating emotional intelligence and communication training workshops
Facilitating team building events
Reporting directly to the VP of People
Cost and time:
$180/hr
5-10 sessions per week to start
