“This course was intense and took me out of my comfort zone, in the best way. From all of the leadership training I’ve taken, the sessions shed light on how to share my authentic, vulnerable, and honest self. Six months after the course, I have noticed a shift in my work and personal relationships. I am speaking my truth, listening with more empathy, creating deeper connections, and exchanging feedback. I'm excited to continue learning with Social Architect and I highly recommend this course to conscious leaders that want to build emotionally intelligent teams with deeply connected relationships.”
- C. Mehta, Director of Marketing Production at MasterClass

“The CCM was wonderful, well facilitated and just the right length of time. We practiced advanced communication tools that made all our interactions more impactful. Highly recommended for team leaders who want to create the sense of belonging that underlies all super-productivity.”
- Craig Filek, Founder & Executive Coach at Purpose Mapping

“Past Lizzie didn't know that she needed to master 'Conscious Communication'. What I did know was that difficult conversations were just that, difficult and that my team needed more from me as their leader. They needed me to create an environment where they feel safe to make mistakes, to tell me what their needs are, and to bring their whole selves to work. I'm 100% grateful that past Lizzie chose to sign up for this course :-) Through these 6 intimate and challenging sessions, Garrett's and Jason's expert facilitation and teaching allowed me to practice the tools they shared with us in a safe and supportive environment. Immediately I found myself approaching the conversations that I have on a daily basis in a more open, more authentic and ultimately more effective way. If you're a leader who is looking for practical tools that you can apply to create psychological safety for your team, joining the Conscious Communication Mastery is an excellent place to start.”
- Lizzie Brough, COO at HeySummit

“In this five week course I went through a complete cycle of the Hero's Journey. I was challenged to go deep into myself to get beyond my default way of relating to others.
I am so grateful that within this carefully curated course and safe space, this right-sized cohort reflected to me my "blind spot" and helped me to navigate to a more authentic, more fully-human me. This was a huge gift.
I am looking forward to leading from this newly "uncovered", embodied self and help others in my community and team communicate from a similar authentic place within themselves.
This "super power" is not outside, it is hidden within. This course can help you and your team find that gold.”
- Michael Morrissey, Architectural Advisor at Morrissey Designs

  • Includes a 1:1 coaching & counselling session with the lead instructor to integrate what comes up for you in the course

Week 1 - Emotional literacy, somatic awareness, and relational presence

  • Expand your vocabulary of emotions and sensations to give a more emotionally intelligent response to “how are you?”

  • So much of therapy and coaching comes down to supporting clients to quiet their mind and be present with their body’s emotions and sensations. Learn to embody this powerful presence in your everyday relationships.

Week 2 - Art of sharing projections and assumptions

  • In relationships, we are constantly making assumptions about each other that goes unspoken. Learning to share these assumptions and check them for accuracy can lead to powerful moments of connection, trust, and personal growth.

Week 3 -Art of revealing withholds and making bold requests

  • Withholds are anything you choose not to share with someone that impacts your quality of connection and trust with them.

  • Dig up the things unsaid in your personal and work relationships that are holding you back.

  • Learn to skillfully reveal withholds in a way that is direct, compassionate, and takes responsibility for your experience.

Week 4 - Art of empathetic listening

  • Learn to give others the powerful gift of feeling deeply seen, known, and heard by you.

  • In times of conflict, have the tools to regulate someone to a state where they’re emotionally ready to hear what you have to say.

Week 5 - Your unique trigger signature

  • Finally understand the reason your nervous system is the way it is and how that impacts the way you behave when in conflict.

  • Everyone has 1-2 core unique trigger signatures that if understood, can radically shift all of your relationships to more opportunities for trust and connection.

What is T-Group?

The “T” stands for training. Put simply, T-Group is a facilitated experiential learning practice in which participants share their present moment thoughts and feelings in connection with each other, with no agenda. People share first impressions, perceptions, and assumptions about each other that are normally withheld. We practice sharing how we are impacted by each other in a way that takes self responsibility. This is an advanced communication tool for uncovering relational blindspots, improving emotional intelligence, and expanding capacity for human connection.

The Standford MBA program uses this practice in their Interpersonal Dynamics course, which has been voted the most popular elective for 45 years running.

Two modified styles of T-Group we will explore are:

  • Focused Inquiry - The group’s attention is focused on one person for 30-60 minutes to explore their inner world while receiving present moment relational feedback from the group.

  • Organic Inquiry - There is no focus person; the attention moves around organically
