Module 1: Relational Skills Accelerator

In this module, you will:

  • Experience (actual) radical honesty

  • Learn ten relational conversation skills

  • Increase self awareness and social awareness

Module 2: Facilitator Training

This module is for you if:

  • You are passionate about disrupting the workforce with extraordinary levels of human connection and psychological safety.

  • You are already on a path of personal growth in vulnerability, conscious communication, and self awareness.

  • You value depth and play in your personal and work relationships.

This training is designed for:

  • Leaders of distributed teams. 

  • HR and People Operations professionals.

  • Virtual workshop facilitators.

  • Online community leaders. 

What are the dates for the training?

  • April 6-June 3, 2021

  • Every Tuesday, 11-2PM EST

  • Every Thursday, 11-12:30PM EST

What are the time commitments?

  • Every Tuesday, 11AM-2PM EST:

    • 1-hour games demos, 1-hour theory, 1-hour facilitation practice

  • Every Thursday, 11AM-12:30PM EST:

    • Skills and awareness refinement

  • Homework:

    • Assignments, readings, and videos (max. 1-hour per week)

    • Plan and facilitate two Social Connection Games sessions for your team

How many people will be part of the training?

There will be a maximum of eight participants.

What is the investment?

$2,000 USD per module
$1,700 USD early bird before October 1st.

After we approve your application, your spot is reserved upon receipt of full tuition payment.

If I can’t pay in full, can I pay in installments? 

For special circumstances we offer payment plans with associated fees for split payments.

What is the refund policy?

Participants are registered once they have paid in full before the training begins. There is no refund available after you have registered.
