Conscious Communication Mastery

Superhuman skills for empathy, honesty, and conscious leadership.
Invitation or application only | April 25 - May 30

After teaching the modalities in this course for seven years to communities on the frontier of the human connection movement we are bringing this curriculum into the workplace.

This course will be uncomfortable, cathartic, and leave you with superhuman conscious communication skills to bring more intimacy, honesty, and empathy into all of your relationships.

What is unique about this training?

Conscious Communication Mastery is a 6-week course led by Garrett Rokosh and Jason Digges that packs together the best from Authentic Relating, Integral Circling, T-Group, Jungian Psychology, Conscious Leadership, Non-Violent Communication, Trauma Education, and research in Psychological Safety.

After teaching the modalities in this course for seven years to communities on the frontier of the human connection movement we are bringing this curriculum into the workplace.

Each 2-hour Zoom session will synthesize these modalities into lessons, exercises, and relational inquiry. The primary vehicle we will use for experiential learning is called, “authentic relating”.

Authentic relating gives you the tools, skills and path to deepen self awareness which allows you to give and receive more powerful communication with your colleagues.

You will level up:

  • Awareness of relational blindspots.

  • Transforming conflict into opportunity for connection, growth, creativity, and aliveness.

  • Sharing projections of others.

  • Bringing dissonance.

  • Revealing withholds with skill and compassion.

  • Congruence between internal experience and external expression.

  • Speaking from your own experience.

  • Set boundaries and making requests.

  • Managing defensiveness, boundaries, blocks, walls, and mistrust (in self and other).

  • Capacity for vulnerability and candor.

  • Empathetic listening skills.

  • Deepening intimacy.

  • Emotional literacy and somatic awareness.

  • Self awareness and social awareness.

  • Trusting your intuition.

  • Noticing and managing power dynamics.

  • People will feel safer to speak truthfully and be their authentic selves with you.

This training is for you if:

  • You are already on a path of personal growth in vulnerability, conscious communication, and self awareness.

  • You are passionate about disrupting the workforce with extraordinary levels of human connection and psychological safety.

  • You value depth and play in your personal and work relationships.

This training is designed for:

  • Business leaders that want to architect cultures with extraordinary levels of candor, emotional intelligence, human connection, and conscious communication.

  • Coaches, consultants, and facilitators that want to have the relational awareness and communication skills to cut through layers of interpersonal fog to extract the truth.

What is “relational inquiry”?

Relational Inquiry is a facilitated practice in which participants share their sensations, emotions, and thoughts in the present moment while in connection with each other. This is the most advanced communication tool we are aware of for uncovering relational blindspots, improving emotional intelligence, and expanding capacity for human connection. Four styles of Relational Inquiry we will explore are:

  • T-Group - Staying in the present moment, within the last 30 seconds (voted the most popular elective for 45 years running at the Stanford MBA program.)

  • Focused Inquiry - The group’s attention is focused on one person for a set period of time.

  • Open Inquiry - There is no focus person; the attention moves around organically.

  • Kabuki Roleplay - Participants practice one skill at a time (example: noticer, imaginer, reflective listener, impact sharer, seemer, question asker, etc).

Testimonials from Graduates

“This course was Olympic level. I walked away with a remarkable leadership tools to help create safety for others, and inspire more of their brilliance and effort. I feel like a ninja. Highly recommend this for any business leader who wants to build a resilient, tight-knit, and powerful team.”
- Kevin Hermann, CEO of Exponential

“Past Lizzie didn't know that she needed to master 'Conscious Communication'. What I did know was that difficult conversations were just that, difficult and that my team needed more from me as their leader. They needed me to create an environment where they feel safe to make mistakes, to tell me what their needs are, and to bring their whole selves to work. I'm 100% grateful that past Lizzie chose to sign up for this course :-) Through these 6 intimate and challenging sessions, Garrett's and Jason's expert facilitation and teaching allowed me to practice the tools they shared with us in a safe and supportive environment. Immediately I found myself approaching the conversations that I have on a daily basis in a more open, more authentic and ultimately more effective way. If you're a leader who is looking for practical tools that you can apply to create psychological safety for your team, joining the Conscious Communication Mastery is an excellent place to start.”

- Lizzie Brough, COO at Hey Summit

“This course was intense and took me out of my comfort zone, in the best way. From all of the leadership training I’ve taken, the sessions shed light on how to share my authentic, vulnerable, and honest self. Six months after the course, I have noticed a shift in my work and personal relationships. I am speaking my truth, listening with more empathy, creating deeper connections, and exchanging feedback. I'm excited to continue learning with Social Architect and I highly recommend this course to conscious leaders that want to build emotionally intelligent teams with deeply connected relationships.”
- C. Mehta, Director of Marketing Production at MasterClass

“The ACC was wonderful, well facilitated and just the right length of time. We practiced advanced communication tools that made all our interactions more impactful. Highly recommended for team leaders who want to create the sense of belonging that underlies all super-productivity.”

- Craig Filek, Founder & Executive Coach at Purpose Mapping

“In this six week course I went through a complete cycle of the Hero's Journey. I was challenged to go deep into myself to get beyond my default way of relating to others.
I am so grateful that within this carefully curated course and safe space, this right-sized cohort reflected to me my "blind spot" and helped me to navigate to a more authentic, more fully-human me. This was a huge gift.
I am looking forward to leading from this newly "uncovered", embodied self and help others in my community and team communicate from a similar authentic place within themselves.
This "super power" is not outside, it is hidden within. This course can help you and your team find that gold.”
